  • Created and implemented semi-annual training modules for on-site staff, families and children.
  • Implemented vendor / activity specialist training that focused on positive youth development and asset building principles at CIS and BELL.

Program Quality and Best Practices

  • Created agency and school best practices at CIS that increased parental participation by 50% at parent teacher conferences and in parent led associations.
  • Led 12 on-site COMPASS teams to create program best practices for classroom management and staff engagement for K-12 students
  • Collaborated with education, health and city stakeholders to develop observation and best practices to ensure quality implementation of student activities.
